BBC Radio sometimes has games, but it looks like theirs is UK only. I was looking elsewhere and couldn't find anything.

Apparently espn.com is showing the games if you have the right ISP. I, unfortunately, do not.

It's true, no radio except for the UK. I hunted for a couple days before the Cup and found nothing for those of us in the United States. http://www.penguinradio.com/sports/soccer/worldcup/index.php explains it best.
